System Overview (As Shown)

The modular mechanical room shown here is configured for a snow and ice melting application. Utilizing eight Viessmann boilers, the system is built with full redundancy, allowing routine maintenance without the need for system shutdown. The total system load is 2.8 million BTU, supplied through two boiler loops that connect directly to the main system loop via dual primary-secondary connections.

A Grundfos UPS80-80F system pump provides circulation through the main loop, ensuring proper flow to each of the four zone pumps (Grundfos UPS32-160F), which draw from the main loop through closely spaced tees.

Once delivered to site, the system requires only simple connections to and from the designated zones, significantly reducing installation time and ensuring quick commissioning.
